Civil Litigation Attorney Needed!
Seeking 2-5 years of Civil Litigation Associate Attorney in Louisville, KY. Are you ready to kick your legal career into high gear? Position Responsibilities for Civil Litigation Associate Attorney:
Support the general litigation practice.
Assist clients in various areas of law.
Conduct research, analyze data, and draft legal documents.
Research issues and draft legal documents
Utilize litigation technology support software
Conduct depositions, discovery, and case preparation
Position Skills for Civil Litigation Associate Attorney :
3-5 years of Civil Litigation experience
Admission to Kentucky Bar
JD from an accredited law school
Civil Litigation experience, particularly in the federal system (strongly preferred)
Strong business acumen and ability to understand/articulate the value that our firm provides.
Proficient in litigation technology support software.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Knowledge of the business development process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
